QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPPING + PACKAGING
Vimando AG needs 1-2 working days from receipt of your order from production to shipping. Orders after 15h will only be produced the following day.
Vimando AG does not charge any additional costs, neither for packaging nor for payments by credit card, Paypal - so very simple - we do not work with hidden costs!
The delivery time is somewhat dependent on the destination and DPD. In your retailer account you can call up all the information about every order, from production and shipment status to shipment tracking via the tracking ID.
QUESTIONS ABOUT DELIVERIES AND PRICES
The purchase prices are only stated in the e-mail sent to you with the order confirmation and in your invoices.
We have highly efficient logistics and supply your end customers with your company name throughout Europe.
The UVP stands for recommended retail price. The UVP is the price that Vimando AG recommends for resale to your customers.
Selling under the UVP is not recommended as it reduces your margin. However, you can use the UVP to set your prices, for example if you want to include your services.

Registration as a company or dealer is free and non-binding.
Vimando AG dropshipping is exclusively for corporate customers.

No, Vimando AG produces from small quantities to large orders.
No, Vimando AG does not set sales targets for you. However, it is not possible to do so without any turnover, i.e. if you or your company generates no or very little turnover, we will terminate the distribution partnership after giving notice and observing the 3-month period of notice.
There are several options available to you. Either you order conveniently in our online shop and have the goods delivered to any desired location, or you work with the Shopify App and process your orders in the Shopify Shop.
Our variants for integration
Your online shop or business is your property, i.e. customers who shop at your site buy and pay at your site. We deliver to your customer after we have received the order, in your name.

Yes, our customer service is there for you on workdays from 8h - 17h.
No, you only pay the normal call charges of your telephone provider.
Yes, Vimando AG has its own IT team with many years of experience in all processes and is available to answer your questions, provided you have IT skills. For larger jobs this support is subject to a fee (by prior arrangement)
QUESTIONS ABOUT THE VIMANDO DEALER SHOP
  • 1. Because you are not yet registered as a dealer and without a login you cannot view prices in the Vimando dealer shop.
  • 2. Because you are not logged in, without a login no prices are visible in the Vimando Dealershop, so neither your employees nor your customers can see the Vimando purchase prices.
No. Your dealer prices are only visible with your personal dealer shop login data.
Yes, because Vimando AG is a manufacturer and produces your order, there are no delivery bottlenecks.
No, Vimando AG is a manufacturer and produces according to order, there are no delivery bottlenecks. However, when selling in a shop or showroom, it is worth keeping a small stock, either in the form of samples or larger strips in the various qualities, so that the customer can see them on site.
